Henna Brow Tinting FAQ
Q: Is Brow Henna safe for pregnant and lactating women? 
A: Pregnant women should consult with a doctor before using this product.
Q: How can I avoid possible allergic reactions?
A: Although the formula was developed with safety in mind, allergic reactions are possible. To avoid skin reactions, even to natural ingredients, perform a strand and skin patch test before applying to hair.
Q: Can Bro Henna be used on eyelashes?
A: No. We do not recommend Brown Henna for use eyelashes. As it may cause serious injury or blindness.
Q: Does this product contain alcohol, quaternium15, or nickel?
A: No. Brow Henna does not contain these ingredients.
Q: Does the kit contain everything I need to apply Brow Henna?
A: Yes, each box contains all necessary items for the professional application of Brow Henna. In addition to powder, you will receive application brush, measuring cup, dropper, and aftercare oil. Gloves are Not included. 
Q: How can I make the tint last longer?
A: Use our Aftercare oil included. Certain essential oils extent the life of henna dyes. Eucalyptus, lavender, and tea tree oils are good choices, conduct a patch test to prevent reactions from oils.

Q: Is Brow Henna cruelty-free?

A: Yes! This product is cruelty-free. We never test any of our products on animals. 

Q: Is this product's packaging recyclable? 

A: Yes. The materials used in Brow Henna's packaging can be recycled. 

Q: Can I apply conventional hair color immediately after applying Brow Color Henna? 

A: No. We recommend waiting at least two months after applying Brow Henna before returning to conventional hair color.

Q: How long does Brow Color Henna Last after mixing? 

A: After 10 minutes any mixed product should be used immediately. 

Q: What is the percentage of parapheny lenedia mine, or PPD, in this product? 

A: Brow Henna contains a small amount of PPD to help color adhere to hair. The percentage varies according to the shade you choose.

Q: Where is your henna made and sourced? 

A: Our ingredients are grown and formulated in India.

Q: How long does color last on clients hair? 

A: Color from Brow Henna touch-ups last up to eight weeks.

Q: Is Brow Henna easy to apply? 

A: Yes. Just follow our simple instructions, and contact us with any questions. 

Q: Is in-person or online application training available to hair professionals?

A:  At this time, we do not offer training. However, you'll find detail instructions here and in the product packaging. 

Q: Will Brow Henna stain my skin, clothes, and other surfaces? 

A:  Yes. Wear gloves(not included), and apply petroleum jelly to skin around the hair line to prevent staining. What clothes you don'd mind staining, or place an old towel around the shoulders to prevent damage to clothing. Protect countertops, tabletops, and other surfaces with a drop-cloth or another heavy-duty fabric. 

Q: How can I ensure even results? 

A: According to package instructions re-apply to any uneven spots using the included application brush.
